Scrap Ballers
Scrap baller mounted offline, is designed to efficiently wind the scrap edge cut and will substantially reduce trim break. The baller’s advantage is its ability to work independent of the slitting line, by winding trim and its ability to be adjusted independently. A hydraulically powered and balanced large compaction roll ensures a dense scrap ball is wound. A hydraulic cylinder powers a linear retractable arbor to allow removal of the scrap ball from the unit.
